Aims and Objectives Candidates must successfully complete the IPAF approved theory test paper. In addition to this, they must achieve the required standard when operating each of the machine categories that they wish to add on to their IPAF qualification.

If demonstrators want to add a category to their PAL Card, they must do the operator theory test and practical test on that category, then do the demonstrator course.
Objectives:

• At the end of the course the operator will:
• Be aware of the relevant health and safety regulations
• Be aware of the needs regarding personal protection
• Be aware of the need to refer to the machine operating manual

IPAF Certification
Important - please note: All candidates who undertake IPAF training and pass will get their license and/or certification digitally through IPAF's new app, ePAL. In addition, the Co-ordinator of the booking will receive a digital copy.

The app is available on Apple iOS and Android apps (search ePAL).
We request that delegates download this app to their smart phone ahead of the course.

Pre-Requisites Candidates must hold a valid IPAF operator qualification and be able to produce their IPAF ‘PAL’ card for inspection by our training instructor prior to course commencement.

Literacy and language comprehension are important requirements on all courses.
